Extensive experience in a wide range of outdoor activities, providing leadership, guidance and results whilst working with students of all ages and capability, including problem, disadvantaged and disable children and youths. Experienced in operations management, project management, service delivery, people skill and service performance. Good working knowledge of budgeting, purchasing and equipment maintenance. Ability to manage internal and freelance instructors, risk management, planning, health and safety and delivery of quality instructional services.
Jack has been a keen photographer for a number of years, specialising in sports, adventure, landscapes, and portrait photography. He has also successfully completed photographic assignments in the UK for Lotus Formula 1, Eastern Chauffer’s, Southwold Treatment Rooms, Eastern Daily Press, Southwold and Lowestoft Journal, Suffolk Magazine,. Additionally He has worked with Guy Nowell who is a highly respected Hong Kong Based photographer specialising in sailing photography.
A keen sportsman, played rugby from an early age and since 17 playing club level 1st team rugby. Enjoy most outward-bound activities, especially hill walking, Moutaineering, climbing and Kayaking.

Jack is also a Member of Lowland Search and Rescue. volunteering his time to help others when in need. also heavily involved in charity work and am currently the Vice Chairman of Norfolk Lowland Search & Rescue for which we support the Emergency Services with water and land search support for missing people and in times of emergency.
